WHAT DO YOU PROVIDE FOR PET BOARDING?

Rabbits & Guinea Pigs:

We provide cages, hay, fresh fruit and vegetables, bowls, bottles, toys and wood shavings. All you need to bring is their main cereal mix. 

Rats, Hamsters, Mice, Gerbils and Birds:

They must come in their own cage and with their own food. 

WHAT IF MY PET BECOMES ILL?

We will first try to contact you to discuss your wishes. If we are unable to contact you we reserve the right to take your pet to the vet. You will cover the cost of any vet fees. 

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes, our services are covered by specialist pet boarding and dog walking insurance.

WHAT IF I NEED TO AMEND OR EXTEND MY BOOKING?

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to discuss your requirements.

DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT? 

We ask for a £5 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your bill.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL  MY BOOKING?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking.

HOW DO I PAY?

By bank transfer or PayPal. Cleared payment is required 3 days before the start date of your confirmed booking.

WHEN IS DOG WALKING AVAILABLE? 

Our dog walking services are available Monday to Friday. Please contact us to discuss suitable days and times.
